Founder Cathy Kay has over 20 years experience of working in Recruitment, Executive Search and Career Management. Her career began within the Admissions Departments of Universities.  She has led the Sales and delivery of integrated careers services including Careers Exhibitions and Road Shows, Recruitment Advertising, Interview and Selection, Individual Career Guidance and Career Workshops.  Cathy is partnering with a range of client organisations from pre-funded start-ups through to listed multinational corporations.

Whilst offering a range of Career Management services Cathy is also engaged in Executive Search contracts.  Expertise in the Technology Sector led to her relationship with www.spectrum-ehcs.com for specialist executive search assignments. 

Cathy has a counselling qualification and is at the final stages of her Post graduate degree in Careers Guidance.  This has further developed the skills required to effectively deliver guidance and career management at executive level for individuals in transition either forced or planned.
